Mind the Gap exposes the holes in mainstream media's stories about women's health care needs. As they shed layers upon layers of clothing, two women appropriate and deconstruct quotes from men about women's health issues, all lifted directly from major news media outlets. Whose personal and bodily experiences are being silenced? What really lies at the heart of political perspectives on birth control and abortion? Who is speaking for whom? How can women recover their bodies from these rhetorical assaults?
